New Animated Banner

That new Animated Banner whilst it looks very kewl is 8.5 meg in size and far to big to be on the website.

Ideally banners should be smaller than .01 meg

I figured that, but it is annoying that only some of the letters appear before the whole thing resets

I could see the whole thing and it looked good im not fantastic on computers but can you shrink the same thing down. As it would be a shame to waste a great banner?

My computer is a piece of shit, that's probably the reason.
