What will be Stern's 30th Year anniversary pinball?
« on: August 16, 2016, 08:31:27 PM »
The next few months will be interesting as many people are suffering with the last few months of Ghostbusters and Spiderman VE and recent Game of Thrones having ghosting problems, cracking and peeling paint and clear and now the announcement of a big event. Just the last week they did a Kiss run so hopefully the issues are not going to spread to that game.

Looking at the poster it could be a Batman new or VE maybe with cartoon art ???? but has been rumoured to be Aerosmith as well as Jimi Hendrix in the recent past.

Either way they have alot of very upset people with issues with there games and lots of order cancellations due to people being nervous, so think carefully before rushing in for another game if they haven't made a formal announcement about the current issues.

To be quite honest the whole "Stern has a new game announced, buy now before seeing rush" needs to stop as it leads to the issues buyers are experiencing. Repeated issues that escalate not diminish, with continued pre release sales allow Stern to ride a wave that really shouldn't exist.
If people hold back on a 30th anniversary machine then GOOD!.. onus is then back on customer satisfaction.
Gary is always smiling and there's a good reason why.

I'd like a retro throwback to classics like Flight 2000 or Freefall with a modern look.

And don't forget: colour display. Dots are now gone apparently......funny how Aerosmith was the 100% definite game for colour display and now Batman has taken the lead as the next release.
