And here I was thinking I would have missed it being at the Expo and all.

Looking forward to hearing from you, Ange.

Ok guys here goes...

1. Earliest pinball memory?

I would have been about six or seven,on holidays with the family at Scarborough beach, there was a fish n chip that had a pinball but all remember is the  sound it made(chimes) and just stood there watching the big kids play, coming from a country town I had never seen one before. Then as I got into those early teenage years it was a bit different. We had a local pool Hall, that my rather strict parents banned me from going to,big mistake,I spent many a day there instead of at school,I clearly remember ducking out the back door as soon as the local  D`s would turn up doing their rounds.Never really got to play the pinballs in there, the row of twentys would have meant hanging around all day just waiting for a game,so I ended up playing on the arcades more.

2. All time favorite pin? Why?

Don`t really have a favorite but I will have a Kiss pinball one day.

3. Favorite pinball manufacture?
Williams

4. Favorite game in your collection? Why?

As I only have two at the moment,I don`t really have a favorite, but I am sure once I get  a Scared Stiff it will be my favorite.Why?..Who wouldn`t like Elvira..

5. How long have you been collecting?

I bought my first pinball about ten years ago,but then didn`t get another one til about two years ago.

6. First game and how did you find it?

Some of you guys will already know this story.I picked up a Williams 8ball from a church garage sale for $10,and it actually worked, was a bit rough but we had heaps of fun with it.

7. Do you still have it?

Sadly no,sold it when we moved,but made a nice profit,sold for $400.

8. What are you currently working on?
Gottlieb Fast Draw

9. Most wanted game to add to your collection?
That would have to be a Kiss

10. Best all time bargain game added to your collection
Well if this Fast Draw ever works I would say that was an ok bargain.

11. Worst ever miss – tell us about the one that got away!

Haven`t really missed out on anything I really wanted, altough there was a $300 machine in the local some months back that I would have grabbed but I think I slept in that day and missed out.

12. Worst ever purchase – tell us about the game you wished you never bought

That`s easy Fast Draw...lol

13. Describe your collection

I have two pinballs,Space Odyssey and Fast Draw,an upright arcade with 48/1 and a pink skill tester.

14. Describe your gamesroom

We just recently moved and now have a gameroom,I reckon I can quite easily fit in another two pinballs.Apart from the machines there is a variety of collectables, everything from Coca-cola,Kiss(of course),ACDC,signed footy photos, signed Kiss photos,my Biante collection of GT`s,lots of barware, and pretty much anything unusual.

15. Do you have other games other than pinball?

Might have an EM Gun game soon..

16. Where can you see the hobby in 10 years?
I think it will be pretty strong, the recent Expo was a great way to promote it,and I also think it has become a bit more affordable too.I have noticed there a few more of the younger ones around that are interested so thats a good thing.

Thanks for posting this Denise!

The photos really added a nice touch.

Just a pity you have those Broncos/Queensland league photos on your wall.

The 2009 season premiers will be St. George-Illawarra and the Blues will win 3-0  #@# (oh and the Thirroul Butcher's Under 18 premiers - my Sons team)  :lol
