Matt have you played a remake yet. It does feel a little different to the original. I couldn't put my finger on it but a couple of mates reckon there's a definite delay in the flipper response time. Might pay to have test play beforehand

Got my original up for sale at the moment. New repro playfields fitted, cabinet totally original with a few age related marks, colour DMD, professionally painted castle looks amazing .Only one small problem I'm in the UK..D.
They debunked the flipper lag on pinside:https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/why-remakes-dont-play-like-originalsIt’s a long thread but in the end the remakes have the same lag as the originals. Some of them did ship with shorter flipper plungers, maybe that would explain the difference??
