Yep, she's a nice old girl. She'll come up a treat.

I owned a HT Premier with Tri-matic once. Still kicking myself today for selling it.

There you go Mark... You can RESTORE something  :)

I'll show you pix of the 1961 VW Karmann Ghia I restored with my Father last year... Wait - I'll drive it to your factory one day and we can exchange notes.

There is nothing as good as taking something old, and bringing it back to its former glory. Wish we could do that to our wives eh ?  :o :o

Guilty as charged. Thrown too much money and effort into Italian rust buckets over the years. Never again...Yeah I've heard that before.

I used to own a 1980 Ford Escort panelvan that i sold to make room for more pinnies!!! I spent $10'000 + doing it up from the ground up. It was beautiful.. jet black, worked 2litre engine, grey/black velour interior and it kicked but!! I even got it in to"Hot 4s & performance cars" magazine. Sadly the guy whe bought it trashed it, was heartbreaking to see it driving around with the dented front end where he lost control and ploughed it into a fence.

I'm in the same boat...

It's a 2000 jaguar XKR with a few performance enhancements ;-)  The car on the other side is my old 1982 Porsche 944 that had 45k original miles when I sold it.  I don't know which I love more driving like an idiot or playing pinball.  The pinball is definately much more safe =)

Really cool cars btw.  Nick that ride is crazy cool.

Aw man, that is **nice!**

Nick that ride is crazy cool.

Not as comfy as yours, but its performance enhancement is the removal of all unnecessary weight! 0-60 mph under 5 seconds - not bad for 60 bhp ;)
