Hey guys
« on: June 16, 2009, 07:32:58 PM »
hi guys

long time no see for some.

Thought id pop over as i just sold my old jacks open and it was collected on the w.e

looking to purchase a newer 90's pinnie from the local perth boys in a few weeks hopefully. Got the old jacks up and running bar a few niggles but arcade took over my time so it got neglected. Add a few marriage issues in between i sold up most my gear over time and have restarted again

always hunting pinnies and i know of some old ems local but sadly they aint for sale (hollywood and big brave, strikes and spares) but have offered to help the owners

stay tuned as fingers crossed ill be purchasing a BOP shortly. Its a container pin that has been in storage for some time so the cleaning fun begins

thought id pop in and say hi. No politics involved just talking pinnies as i plan to get into the new machine more than i did with my old one

so in the meantime till i get another time to stock up on cleaning supplies

Yeah, hi there and welcome - all pinball on here mate and no politics or very little anyway.

BOP - played one at Expo but it was set to super easy and got a bit boring; one day I will play one on the harder settings and see if I really like it or not.

Good luck with the purchase.

Hey narf, I have a BOP and I can tell you when it's set to normal hardness level it certainly ain't easy to play.  Mine is set to 5 balls and I'm still struggling to get the Pinbot face to turn to the 3rd phase.

Welcome aboard mate :)

Hey Narf, lotsa top guys with impressive knowledge that enjoy helping-out here. Both forums enjoy such people, and everyone is made feel very welcome.
Pinball is really taking off in Australia, just look at the amount of new members, and the rising prices of late.
Good times ahead I reckon.

yeah greg

ive had alot of people interested about them once i tell people ive got one or into them.

ive noticed a trend back towards "games rooms" vs the home theatre of late among people and video and pinballs seem to be the cream of the games room
