Not sure if Cam's shown you this website but it is a great resource for any pinhead.
Any new machine I've got I spend hours working through Clay's guides and I've found them to be a great help. If you have a couple of spare hours I think it would be most valuable to have a read

Everything i knew about fixing pinballs came from Clays guides until AP came along since then ive learned heaps more cool stuff

Theres a switch in the lower cabinet that looks like a tilt switch. It is usually mounted on the front left hand side. You will see a hole in the lower cabinet to accommodate this switch. It must be closed - give it a clean and ensure it is closed.

Early Gottleibs will go to tilt on first power up and revert to game over on first and subsequent games.
