Bally Xenon 2nd ball release switch part number

Wondering if someone could post the correct part number for the 2nd ball release switch in a Bally Xenon?
This is the microswitch located in between the outhole switch and 1st ball release switch near the shooter lane.
I have some problems with the game intermittently loading two balls into the shooter lane and want to try replacing the mangled switch first.

Hi Derek

The ball release switch has three lugs for wires but only two outside ones used.

the tube switch only has two lugs.

the two switches do not look the same, similar but not the same.
