Im mainly after the transformer outputs and the Score motor voltages.  my score motor is running really slow wanted to check the voltages before i go swapping score motors

You sure that everything moves freely and that solder joints are solid?? Might have 27V at solder joint but that doesnt mean its not a high resistance join to the coil lugs.. worth reflowing before pulling out
