The could at least have some self-serve mac and cheese, That would have kept me out of trouble.

Bit more progress on Flintstones today.

Playfield is all but stripped.  Pop bumpers and rest of standup targets to go.

Lamp boards all out for cleaning & re-flowing.

You must have the patience of a Saint Marty.  It looks like a pretty good base to start with mate.

I cannot take all the credit on this one.  The wifey going on from her success on the Star Wars shopout, she has stripped this one all by herself (leaving me pop bumpers / targets / trough etc).
She has also taken all the photos and measurements of posts etc so if there is any left over when it goes back together...

Those boards look like my lungs when I was a smoker. Are they gonna be a dishwasher job there Marty? BTW I've heard the Flintstones is a sleeper of a title, game play and fun rating is up there without the price tag. Dave made me have a game on one and I did enjoy it heaps. Look forward to seeing a shiney clean machine.

My wife's more considerate than yours, MArty.....she lets me do the shopping and the cooking and the washing up and the drying....none of this taking all the cream jobs.....I get to do it all....lucky me 

Tell your wife when she's had enough, I've got a ToM that needs tearing down.

   Rob...You're a funny man.  You are most welcome to pop over for a game when the machine is finished.

OK, driver board out and caps and bridges removed.  I generally do this on all my machines, however a couple of the caps were bulging so I did the lot.
It also includes the upgrade to C4 and a new regulator as well.  The G.I (J115, J121 & J120) were like new.  Not even a hint of brown which is a first.

What the!! What type of heat sinks are they. Presume they are somewhat better than originals??
