I know everyone here says what good service the get from Mark, but here is my latest experience.
Firstly, I am not a big customer or anything just a bit here and a bit there.
The other week I ordered a channel piece for the top of my backglass.
Somehow the wrong piece was sent, ( it happens no problem) I contacted him about it,
he ascertained I had the wrong bit, apologised and said he would fix it.
Within 2 days the replacement turns up in my postbox!
To say the least I am stoked.
What a fantastic way to run a business. I can't get that sort of support for my own business, regardless of order size.
