The V8 Supercar 2010 season wraps up this weekend in Sydney, and the 2010 championship has gone to the wire, will it be Wincup or Courtney?

A HUGE weekend in Sydney with Guns N Roses playing on saturday night, any NSW AP members going to the V8's Grand Final for 2010.

ALSO, i bet $$$ money that some junky Holden driver who isnt even in contention will take Courtney out of the race just to help Holden.

Gunners did a piss poor job in Townsville last night. I just saw it on the news. Lots of angry fans. They waited 2 hours  for Axle ? to show up, then they reckon they mimed for 5 mins, then he lost his voice. Everyone was saying they were crap. Not good for fans. Maybe they put on a better show in Sydney. Can't get any worse.

I owned Holdens for many years but after too many costly repairs with our VS wagon (must have been built on a Friday) I'm not buying another one.
We have an I30 Diesel (manual) now, fantastic car so far (its only 8 months old tho)

Few dollars racked up in damage there.

By the way, I used to sell a lot of Stegbar product, and earlier this year Courtney came to Hervey Bay for some promotional work with Stegbar. They put on a golf day, and I was fortunate to play golf with James Courtney. He's a really good bloke, but a bad golfer (he won't mind me saying that ), and he was driving the golf cart too. Thank god they don't go as fast as his V8. Was a good laugh & a great day.

James Courtney is the coolest character under pressure. Nothing phases this guy at all.

As mentioned, the Sat arvo racing was absolutely action packed. It was the best racing I have seen in years. I was on the edge of my seat watching /waiting for one of the leaders to hit the wall in the sprinkling rain. Then all 3 leaders hit the concrete wall big time, all at once. What a great race to watch on a huge LCD TV, cranked up load.
(Life in Australia for us Aussies is just so great !)

Well done James Courtney and Dick Johnson for winning the championship with a FORD.

Next years 2011 V8 Supercar racing should be even better than 2010.

It will be interesting to see which drivers swap badges from Holden to Ford and so on. I also like to see the new cars with the new sponsor paintjobs etc etc.

Racing next year shld be a blast.
