Will they pay for the "legendary" $10,000 KISS ??
For the record that was my Kiss and it sold for $12,700,in 2008   back then there were people complaining and bagging it, saying it was not worth it and trying to bring the price down lower, same as my AFM now but like you say market value is not the value of the machine.
I think something is worth what the next person is prepared to pay, if you want something then you will buy it no matter what, and no matter what other people say.
And at $6500 this is good buying, I really don't care if other people think the market is flooded, whatever, flooded with crap rubbish, like I said previously where are all the AFM if you can find one in collector condition cheaper then this then buy it, but I bet you will have a long and hard search... go for it.

I'm referring to the "best bestest best ever KISS" that is continually relisted on eBay - The seller is in Melbourne and has relisted the same machine 6-7 times ($9,000-$10,000) without a sale. I'm not referring to yours - in fact - I'd totally forget about yours.

That machine I'm referring to is here - http://aussiepinball.com/index.php?topic=5609.0

I've been supportive of the idea of selling the game for your asking price of $6500.

Well done Boss, I am glad u sold it and got the coin u wanted.

I will say u are a persistent bastard and u did stick to your guns and hung on to your price like a bull terrier with a cat in its mouth.  ^^^ Glad another member here picked it up.
You are totally right, there are not alot of AFM's in great nick around. The great news for all collectors is that prices are down and bargains can be had everywhere.
If that means more pinballs in collections and more people getting new titles like Rich has, then thats great for all pinballers.

Re the grog, I say buy the carton, cause I think a AP members word is as good as money in the bank !

Everytime i see your avatar from now on, I will picture a bull terrier with a cat in its mouth with $6500 painted on the side of the cat. In the end u got your $$ and proved a few of us wrong so I say bloody well done and this is one time that I am happy to be proven wrong and see another member get the coin he wanted.  ^^^ ^^^

Have you chosen a new title to replace the AFM with ?

Good one Rich, keen as pie , what a nice bloke he drove all the way up to Brisbane just to pick up AFM, cash in hand and AFM
loaded onboard he has to drive all the way back to Sydney now, good luck mate, have a safe journey back home, stop and take a rest.
the deal is done , next time we will have a few beers together.
Thank you  @@*
