I have used Dutts transport for apx 6 or 7 pins and was very happy.
I have used e-go-transport as well and have been very happy.
There are 2 rules i stick to, so u dont get mucked around.
1. ALWAYS TAKE INSURANCE. The last pin it cost me $44 extra for insurance. I dont reckon pinballs get damaged to the point of being written off, its more that one of the forklift drivers might decide it will look better in his house than mine ! hence, insured for theft and damage. An absolute must i reckon.
2. I never ask the machine to be delivered to my house, I only book to the closest depot, cause you have to take time off work which costs money, and they can never guarrantee a day or time, and secondly, the more u move a pinball machine on and off trucks with a forklift, the more chances of damage. Also, u can inspect the machine at the depot, under their camera system, and if it is damaged, u can get it looked at and dealt with then and there. If they drop it off to your house, the driver wont wait around, and they rarely want it signed for anyway. Food for thought.
Glad yours finally turned up .
