Hi guys,

As the title suggests...

I am restoring a Gottlieb Circus and the cleared plastics are just rat shit. Yellowed and rooted and on the verge of disintegrating !

I don't have the tools necessary to do this.....

So i am asking if anyone can point me in the right direction or can personally do this for me it would be greatly appreciated.

I can either send them out to you or scan them at 100 % and email them.

Willing to cover all costs.

Ta.

Post pictures, Marco. Depending on how hard they are (how many rounded edges etc), it could be a simple job with a dremel and jigsaw ?

I can laser cut them for you BUT you would need to draw up the CAD artwork in pretty well any program such as Corel Draw etc.

If you still need them mate, I can cut new ones for you for free, I have a 1/2 a sheet of 1.6mm Lexan left and would be happy to help out  *%*
I dont have a fancy laser cutter though, a pair of sissors a file and dremmel and some wet and dry paper is my limit, but have made many plastics and protectors from the one sheet over the years  :lol

I have cut some test parts but I have (I think) two issues.

(1) the holes seem a little large to me measuring 6.4mm?
(2) I am unsure of the thickness required for these bits? I cut them from 1.6mm acrylic but I suspect you need them a little thicker than this?

Also please confirm they are 'clear'.

"Please explain?"

All good then - although they are clear - probably could have just left them out and nobody would notice  %.%
