Empire Strikes Back Pinball replacement boards
« on: October 01, 2011, 12:18:19 PM »
Came across a Hankin ESB pinball this week.
The owner told me that he had the power and aux driver boards replaced with an all-in-one board.
Has anyone else seen these around?
He also told me Simon Hankin replaced the boards??
I have not had any experience with these machines, is what he telling me possible?
I did a quick Google on Simon Hankin and found nothing, I thought it was David Hankin who designed the machine?

Might have been able to adapt one of the commercial replacement boards that had the right output voltages to this job. Certainly won't be a purpose made Hankin replacement board I couldn't imagine.

Sounds like the 911 that this guy selling it had repaired by Dr Ferdinand Porsche's brother......

It was the lower cabinet boards, the ones on the left hand side of the cab.
The backbox boards were original.
