It can not be reproduced without paying FIFA for their licence again, even without the FIFA sticker, the headbox and beside the coindoor has an image of the world cup trophy, which I am sure would also be licenced by FIFA. Also below the coindoor is the world cup logo which definately is.
Even if the owners of the bally licence decided to reproduce the artwork they could not offer headbox or coindoor artwork as it would be a licence breech
