My Williams Flash down and out again.
« Reply #15 on: March 19, 2012, 09:56:45 PM »
Well after getting my Williams Flash back up and running 100 %  without a hitch for two  weeks  now the CPU has died,,, I can't win with this one  !!!
Have decided to put a Rottendog System 3-6 CPU driver in my Flash to fix it once and for all.
Ordered one through Mad Amusements in the U.S. so I hope it don't take to long to arrive.

Does anyone have a Flash with the Rottendog installed ? I want to no if the 2X and 4X lamps strobe on attract mode.

I would suggest getting the original one fixed, It may just be a $10 part that has died.
It could even be a problem with the inter connector or a faulty PIA on the driver board.

have you had someone have a look at it and confirm it is the cpu board?
