New Pin and Playfield Day
« on: February 03, 2012, 08:46:31 PM »
It was a special day for me today .

This morning I went and picked up the High Hand  I won on Ebay last Monday night.

Turns out the sellers Uncle had an arcade in Fairfield (suburb of Sydney) for many years . He has moved overseas and asked his nephew to sell off the last remaining games, pool table etc.

So .. this game went from an arcade to storage for many years to me .  #*#
It has all the original paperwork with it and still has a "No Refunds" sticker on the apron .

This afternoon my 1st ever CPR playfield was delivered for Firepower .  #*#

 $#$
I need more room ! and more $$$

good one ! curious what you ended up paying ( if I can ask ) as I have one that I truly love , simple but addictive . Yes I have put LED's in it as it definitely gets more attention that way .

If it isn't broke, it isn't pinball.

I am a LED sucker and highlight certain features , but yes it is a pretty decent machine , I am leaving the cabinet with all the bumps and scratches ( even someones initials ) as it adds heaps of character .
It was a reasonable attempt at tidying up when I bought her . play field is mickey mouse . Just had to clean decades of oil out of the machine , why oh why did someone do that ?
