Blade Runner Pinball
« on: March 23, 2012, 02:01:15 PM »
I just watched the Bul-ray movie Blade Runner made in 1982,  Would that be a good theme for a Pinball Machine ?  Was one ever made but never went into production ?

Maybe if Stern runs out of ideas this might be a goer,

Blade Runner is a fantastic film, one of my favs but I doubt it would make a good pin....did you watch the directors cut? It is a better film than the original studio release.
Agree with Mad Max and Escape from NY as pin titles though.

Top 10 sci-fi film, loved the title of the novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?", one of PKD's finest books.

There's a sequel in production now - that means Stern has time to produce and release a game a few months after the movie leaves the cinemas.. .. .. ..  :D

I have the final cut and also the 1992 director's cut (considered the definitive version). I think I liked the final cut better when I saw it some years back, but can't remember why!! Maybe because it cost me $100.00 or so, and I had to think it better!  !@)

Actually, not many people 'got' that movie, There were actually 2 dekkers, one real, one replicant.
Neither of them knew of the other.....

whaddya mean you didn't understand that part ??
