i dont know this tim burton Johnny depp thing is getting old, once you have seen one of their movies you have seen the lot, might be a good movie but depp is starting to wear thin on me of late. used to like him but man can this guy only do one style of acting??? he is always the same in every roll.

is that Julia gillard on the left???

Hmmm, I can see the resemblance......

I'm the same with the depp/burton whacko films, enough already. I used to really like Depp as an actor( Dead Man is a brilliant film and he is brilliant in it) but he lost me after the willy wonka remake... man that was just plain stupid.

i like burton should stick to his animations as they are very good but with the rest of his stuff, once you have seen one of his films you have seen them all.

The Burton/Depp/Bonham Carter trifecta has become a cliche'. Even Johnny Depp takes the piss out of it himself in the Life's Too Short series by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant and Warwick Davis (Wicket the Ewok from ReturnotJedi)

I thoroughly recommend this series, perhaps it appeals to my dry sense of humour, but if you want to watch one of the funniest 5 minutes of comedy ever just look up, "Lifes too short Liam Neeson" on youtube.  :lol

Yeah it was a good film...not as good as the book though and not really a stretch for Depp to get into character.
Terry Gilliam did a great job with this film as director.
