Looking forward to seeing Daniel & David on A&E on a restorations type show, where you find and restore old pins! American Pickers style.  Daniel must be hard work attending to Bumper functions with the models around?  ()

Yes Daniel and Dave were working extremely hard last time I saw them there.....Well I think I saw them....I may have been a little distracted.

Yep was a bloody shame about the playboy really wasn't happy should have been restored for my collection

+1

A classic that holds it's value, even in today's market. Would have looked GREAT in original condition in your collection mate. I'm about to start a full restoration myself  #@#

So can that thing actually be played?????? the vid left me slightly confused as to whether the pin was still a fully functioning Playboy pin  *!@ looks to me like its nothing more than a fancy decoration now. saving grace for me was the girls in the vid, NIIICE  && &&

Nino, looking forward to a Playboy resto thread from you   #@#

Yes Mitch still fully playable all the boards have been transferred down into the lower cabinet man what a nightmare that was.   I'll take a short video of it being played Monday for anyone who wants to see.

Was it really Mike Goodmans machine? Or that just for the video

Cool, thanks for clarifying that for me Daniel. And yes i can imagine it would've been a pain in the arse rerouting all the wiring for the boards down into the cabinet  ^&^

the main reason i thought it couldnt be played was that in the vid, the displays weren't strobing from the camera, or flashing up the high score to date, thats what threw me  :D

Regarding the former Classic Playboy machine - I would have thought an asset like Daniel would be used to RESTORE the game to its former glory. They NOW have the ability (with Daniel) to finally be able to do this. Whoever made the decision to deface the game instead of restore it is an idiot. The owner certainly didn't ASK for it to be defaced in that manner. Really embarrassing in my view. The machine looks horrible.

I guess some things never change.

ill be taking a guess and say they arent actually trying to make a serious show or sell it to mtv lol, but that is a very clever bit of advertising, this company are very smart, bad actors but very smart, lol
very good promo, once you get past the death of a pinball machine lol

That shop is on my top ten list of places i want to visit.

Used the operative word there - "restored back to the day it left the factory". It is not restored. Mute point really.

Just saying,
If Bumper want to change peoples perception from ‘the place to go for a really nice pinball machine’ to ‘the place that creates nightmares’ , then who am I to say they are wrong?

Obviously their target customers have no taste  %$%

Mike goodman is the guy in the video that they are pimping it for Nino. He is the narrator on the Big Brother show
