Slingshots not working on Getaway pinball

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone can help me. The slingshots in my Getaway don't seem to work during gameplay. When I run through the solenoid test, they work fine. Any suggestions?

Do the slingshot switches register in test mode?  If the gaps have closed they won't fire coil
