Thanks Beaky. Pics show someone has beat me to the soldering though. Soldered on the main board, so would be difficult to remove. Gave them a good fiddle and clean today and hasn't complained as yet, with no error on start up so may be ok for a little while.

If RBSS (?) returns from holiday, can he drop me note re covers?

Thanks all

I would image Greg's site - http://www.rtbb.com.au should be back up and running around the 14th Jan?  I could be wrong, as last time we spoke I forgot to ask.

Just keep logging back on to the site every couple of days...I do it just for fun to watch the visitor count go up.   *.*  Hopefully it will hit 2 million soon!

Above link is the google cache of Greg's stock and prices....Note - its a cached copy so just double check when the site goes live again.

If your in a pinch and need them quick, I think Wayne has them too

No problem
if i need to drop by your place for any other repairs I will sort it out and put new connections on it for you. I never replace something that can be repaired and even if you wanted to replace it you would have to fit connectors to the wiring anyway.

Hi Dendoc

If your problems return you can read what I did to get mine going here.

https://groups.google.com/forum/m/#!topic/rec.games.pinball/9lApqQOKy2M

It hasn't missed a beat since.  There's not many components on the board so it is much cheaper to fix it up than to replace if you have a little skill with a soldering iron (even if you replace all the components on the board). Much more satisfying too.
