Gottileb Diamond Lady
« on: January 20, 2013, 11:55:10 PM »
Hi Guys, I was wondering if anyone could help me ? My drop down targets automatically drop down as soon as you shoot a ball. (they are only the ones with individual solenoids)
eg: 3 on right 3 on left and 2 in middle. Does anyone know what causes this? Is it a board, short or do all the solenoids need replacing? Any help would be apreciated.
Regards Brendan

I am having trouble with my remote drops as well. My tech is inconclusive as to what the problem is at the moment.
In the meantime, you can remove the associated fuse (f12 comes to mind) which will make the game a lot harder but at least you won't have advantageous starts to the game whilst you figure out its problem.

From memory, the shooter lane cycles through 3 different options, so if the drop target is the active selection, then it drops the targets. If the targets drop before the ball is plunged into play then it could be the transistor being triggered by the mpu.

Thanks guys, the targets drop as the pall comes into play not before, so it may be how it works. I just got the machine 2 wks ago. will try to get a schematic for it so i can work on your advice. The fuse will be an easy fix for now. cheers

When you start a ball, the three feature lights should cycle. Does this happen ? Another thing to check is if this is setup feature.
