Out of interest does it play much the same with the new playfield?

Seems a lot faster Tony - Bumpers and Flippers seem to be more responsive. No play at all in the Zipper flipper mechanism and all the coils have no evidence of heat wear (Burnt brown paper)

Tried to keep it original - except for post screws, bumper caps and apron decals.
I like the old Ballys -Parts are a pain to get -lucky this PF came up and now have some spares.

Allows me to throw a question out there...

if a service was available where you could send your apron away and it would return with ALL NEW SCREENED ART ON  IT - as original.. would you be prepared to pay for it? If so - just how much? ( im interested in how much is too much)

Having personally seen your work on the Sinbad - It would have to be worth anywhere between $75 - $100.

I assume that it is not worth doing touch-ups ?

Cabinet repair update.
Very rough at bottom edges - so its getting a new mdf floor as well as missing braces.
Stripped a bit of the paint and found the original artwork -traced ready for stencils to be made up.
Next step -Full paint strip ,all holes & crevices patched then painting.
Will keep updated as I progress.
