Oh dear, seems like a virus getting around at the moment - lol , would it be just easier to just replace CPU board as a whole (with chips), I have seen them around on net for $150-200 ?
Swapping the whole CPU board is always an option but you would also need to swap over the actual firepower game roms from your board.
