What paints are used for cabinet respray
« on: June 15, 2019, 08:00:03 PM »
I want to respray my SS pinballs from the 80s ....
Just asking are they a gloss finish or a satin finish...

Gloss looks great but I am unsure if it is like original..

Just unsure on what to do...

The titles are keepers and would prefer to have them look like original than a shiny blinged up pinball ...

Any help would be appreciated...

Hi guys, been lurking on this forum for years and thought I'd say hello.
Been into the Gottlieb EMs and early SS machines. Grew up with a Gottlieb central park in the house until my olds sold it when I was 11.
Have bought and sold a few machines over the last 5 or 6 years. Currently have 4 EM and 2 early SS Gottliebs.
Some of the restoration threads here are fantastic and of a very high quality. A great resource of information and advice.

Hi guys,
Been on here for years and thought I best say hello.
I love the old Gottliebs: EM and early SS. I have a pleasure Isle, el Dorado, ship ahoy, centigrade 37, joker poker and am currently working on a genie.
Love reading the restorations on here especially the high end restores.

Hi everyone longtime lurker here. Been collecting 70s Gottlieb em and ss. Really enjoying the restoration threads here especially the high-end ones. Some great info on here.
