Ive blown the ass out of the alcohol tester i think it needs a new sensor LOL.
Its hard to tell in the photos but i have a Disco UFO light up one end and the chasing lights on one side wall so rope lights would look pretty cool. But once all the machines and signs are turned on its like daytime lol.
And for the sake of the pinnies i didnt put in any sky light or windows to try and avoid as much fading as possible

Well the hard part is getting the drink sliders. But the black lights were easy i simply dismantled a twin globe Fluro Housing mounted all the ballast and starters ontop of the fridge and drilled through the fridge feed through the wires and siliconed the holes back up. I mounted a 240v Rated switch to turn off the lights when the door closes.

I swapped around some backboxes and added some shelves for more storage space. Im going to install a Blue LED alarm clock into one of the backboxes as my shed really needs a clock and i thought that would look cool...

Thanks Mate yes lots of time and hard work. As with all of us started with one machine then snowballed. Not a great deal of Coin involved as everything in it was bought as rubbish rubbish and bought cheap then lots of time invested getting them upto standard.

Pete, the Huge Ja Ja Binks looks great. It would go very well with my NIB Star Wars Episode 1 Pinball, which had its first ever virgin game for the first ever time last night, after 10 plus years in a Williams box.
I reckon take that Ja Ja Binks dude down the local busiest round a bout/intersection and stand next to it, look at your watch, and see how long it takes for someone to freak out when they see the 9 foot dude standing there, as they drive off the road. Probably take 10 mins for the coppers to turn up and queastion where u are from, as u answer, " a galaxy far far away: ofcourse ! #*# #*# #*#

Daniel, if you are having problems with the DVD drive, u can try modding the xbox & then installing a larger hdd. You can then dump you discs to the hdd & play them straight off the hdd.
Ben showed me a link to this modding thing. Looks interesting is it hard to do?

Yes they are glued and srewed to a big lump of timber but i tell people its like a tilt setup if the pin falls there out.

Once I get it fully running ill Do a video mate.
It's pretty cool the helicopter actually flies under its own lift. Aliens go up the sides of the buildings and you have to fly past them and shoot them with your police light on the side of the chopper

Daniel's gamesroom is just amazing. While I am pretty much only pinball, seeing those EM arcade games is wonderful. The (I think it's called) Road Race is amazing - a hologram that is almost impossible to discern not the real thing.

The ten strike is simply awesome! What's the plan - enjoy as is or restore (or enjoy then restore)? Outside of pinnies & galaga that's probably the one other coin-op I'd love to have. I doubt there's more than a handful in Oz.
At this stage ten strike will be enjoyed as is. The owner was very proud when he told me that back in the 70s he repainted the cabinet with his mum. I'm also getting all the fathers photos of when the games were on location around Victoria so if I have a photo of the game as is they will be left as is. Unless the cabinet has been repainted in original the. I'll re do those.
King of swat and motorama will get cabinet restores at some point

I'm wrapped it's still set for pennies which is unusual lots of these games were converted to modern currency in 66 so I'm assuming this one has been out of public service for a long long time

Interesting machine most of these have a knob you turn to release any coins you win so I was intrigued how it worked (main reason I bought it).
As per usual something's not working so they cover it with oil time and time again till it all stops .

The original version had a jackpot payout but was made illegal as it was classed as a gambling game so they made them like mine that you just got your coin back until that was also classed as gambling so the coin returns where removed

No info around for this game but luckily came across an American guy who had just bought one and was happy to send me some photos first the photos were a f**k I’m in trouble I knew my game had added mechs and heaps of hacks but the photos allowed me to work out what was essential which then worked out that mine was a deluxe model with number match features and other stuff.

The match stepper was missing parts and they had completely disabled and hacked into its look for the additional added mechs which were to make it 40c per game so ripped all that out and used other parts of the match option to repair the disabled 1 player mode I’d rather a working game than a match feature on a free play game
