If so, and the rest of my post assumes that it is, has the guy "stripping the cabinet" worked out "how" to properly re-decal a game ? How the hell do you put the new decal on

I've seen some shocking workmanship over the past 30 years, but whoever this is - he takes the cake. Absolutely clueless.
