How about a decent band that isn't old and boring, that would be a refreshing change.

The only bands worth mentioning are the legendary bands with huge followings. Iron Maiden are still MASSIVE and headlining Arenas around the world. Foo Fighters are a band you could think about in 10 years from now. That's if they still have the fanbase. Led Zeppelin, KISS, Queen, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Springsteen, Pink Floyd - these are the acts that have been around longer (hence "old and boring" ), but they have the track record to warrant a pinball.
I'd personally love a Dream Theater Pinball because musically, they have no peers (that's my opinion - and sonically, they are the tightest band on the planet). but here fanbase, although loyal, are nowhere near the bigger acts.
I love Music pinballs - it is a GREAT idea (except when you make a CRAP machine like Rolling Stones) - but not everyone has to like them
