IMO - a KISS that was new in the box is not worth that kind of money
From memory they were US$1200 in 1979 NIB. Could be wrong, but that's what Dad told me years ago.
Wait until I've restored my KISS pin - I've already spent over $2000 on it and I have no even removed a screw from it yet
