thx for the info guys, I'll see if I can clean up the targets on the posts if not I'll get some new ones.
It should clean up really nice with Novus 2. Use Brasso beforehand on the rivet and the target will look new !
If the rivet is rusted or pitted, you will need a new rivet. Keep in mind - rivet press' are not cheap !
