I pay with an international bank draft (effectively a US dollar bank cheque) which I get from Bendigo Bank for $5.00 - I think it's $10.00 normally but I get a shareholder discount. Anyway, worth checking at Bendigo Bank. The exchange rate always seems pretty much in line with the published rate.
