Most back injuries are caused primarily by poor lifestyle choices rather than the lifting of heavy objects. Cutting down on unhealthy foods like consuming Maccas on a daily basis whilst staring at a screen all day is going to pack on the pounds quick smart and put undue stress on the spinal discs. Besides which if you lift any heavy object (including a pinball machine) correctly then a back injury shouldn't be a possibility of occurring.

Nice guys. Got a few laughs. Thinking I should have called the thread contact cleaner related injuries. We better educate more about this. Otherwise anyone with a pinball machine and a can of cleaner will be on the terror watch list for making home made bombs!  !*!
