GOOD NEWS
I found the missing part. When i was pulling the machine apart i was putting all the metal parts into a Steel coinbox so i put a magnet in the center to stop all the screws and stuff going walkabouts which worked to well the missing part had magnetised itself to the wall of the cash box so no matter how much i tipped or shook it it stayed there LOL
