Regarding the drop targets, I am missing a couple of rubber grommits that sit behind the targets, also found a couple of plastic bushes broken on the main reset rod, are these parts available anywhere, or do I have to find an alternative solution?

The coil sleeves will need to be replaced and the guys like Mark C and other sponsers will have them available. While you are at it buy new sleeves for the flippers and all pop bumpers.
If you intend to order more parts such as new bumper bodies, skirts, caps, targets, rollover guides, flipper bushings etc buy them all in one hit from PBR
