There's an adapter board available here in Australia from a guy in WA (http://www.pinballrepair.iinet.net.au/ram.html), but the adapter is more expensive than the RAM, assuming you can still get it.

Unfortunately the pinouts of the 6116 and 5101 are quite different so there is a fair bit of work involved in rewiring to substitute a 6116.
