Hi Ian,Not sure about the 6116 - I reckon Dean would be able to answer that in a flash..I bought a 5101 from GPE not that long ago....http://www.greatplainselectronics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=5101About twice the price of the 6116 though.
I've heard of 6116 being used as a substitute, but that was a while ago. 5101 are available from several sources - I'd stick with them.
There's an adapter board available here in Australia from a guy in WA (http://www.pinballrepair.iinet.net.au/ram.html), but the adapter is more expensive than the RAM, assuming you can still get it.Unfortunately the pinouts of the 6116 and 5101 are quite different so there is a fair bit of work involved in rewiring to substitute a 6116.
