Those are their draconian rules, but for them to enforce them it takes someone to report your listing. Try using the phrase "payment to be made via direct deposit, or cash on pick-up" This way they cant pull the listing as you havent out-rightly said "no gaypal".
If you use a fake email for paypal they can suspend your ebay account, and as your on a "warning" be careful.
