I prefer the STTNG my self. I think strangeways hit the nail right on the head "You have to be either in the "fun mood" or the "serious pinball"
What I like about the next gen is there are so many things to achieve when playing a ball. whether it be getting up to warp factor 9.9 or trying to complete the demands of the forengi (probably spelt that wrong)on a ball to ball basis. Then you have doing all the missions, done over the length of game, it's just great to get "The final frontier".
Also if you hit both the flippers at once at the right time while data is talking you get 10 million. Then there are the hidden features like 'Poker Night' and playing the old game of Breakout on the DMD.
The list goes on.
And to this day I am still learning how to get certain bonuses lit.
Sorry to ramble on guys but I am sure you can tell i am a mad trekky  ^&^
