Maybe it's all of this 'handling fee' nonsense that has put the USA in the position it is in?

If this is a common practice across industries - and I suspect it is - then that may be one reason for the countries demise?

I charge a handling fee as well - it's built into the price of the goods like any "normal" seller would do....
