I contacted him as he was the same guy that sold the backglass on ebay recently. This was his response
"Well, sense I've seen that game bring 10K. $650.00 for NOS plastics is cheap"
If Steve Young did a run of the plastics they would be less than $200. I've never seen anyone pay $10,000 for a Rocky.
