“If you wanna escape, go up to a pinball machine. There’s a magic button on the front that takes you to a world under the glass and makes the the rest of the universe disappear.”

It was getting too late so I deferred it until this evening.

Hmmmm, just did some trawling then through IPDB. I selected all space-themed games from 1980 to 1990 but none of them match the pin I played.

I am now thinking the pin must not have been space-themed but something similar. I can't think what, though.

Good luck trawling through all of the non-space-themed machines on IPDB!  %.%

Definitely light coloured, probably yellow flippers, not a space theme. Not as fun as EBD.

No, not yet. You would think I had played it enough to remember what it was, but it was probably in my last year or so at uni and I think I had more work to do so less time for pinball.

I've done a search at IPDB for all pins made between 1980 and 1989, and have started clicking on ones that sound like they could be it.

I am starting to suspect that my memory of it is too faded to be able to find it.

At least EBD was unforgettable!
