"Stop acting rich and start being wealthy."

It sounds like a wanky book title, but it is a financial philosophy that works.  *%*

I could be tempted to CC purchase a pin if it was a bargain too hard to resist (what I pay in interest made-up by the savings from a bargain buy). But not for a new pin.

nope...it just sounds wanky.lol  and a philosophy that works for who... !@#

how about, buy a pinball machine, play it, enjoy it, and if you are worried about the money you spent buying it, work some more and get the money back. ! ..... being wealthy is having a family to love and a roof over your head in my book....and playing pinballs.

IF "Stop acting rich and start being wealthy." means dont leverage yourself to the hilt with crippling credit just to have all the latest toys, then i agree somewhat, but a small credit card for some people for a one off pinny purchase shouldnt break most peoples banks...then theres that tosser on TV, who talks about "wealth creation" and he says buy 60 houses, borrow against the 5 percent equity each house has, u can be worth millions (on paper only) then the property market moves 6 percentage points, then these people all do their ass etc....I think the word wealthy is probably one of the most mis-used n trusted words in any of the financial industries.lol  .....deserved or not, wealthy just means so many things to so many people....

lets hope more Stern dealers get more attractive finance happening to grow our great hobby/industry.

here we go, ACDC pro at a fair price, and 18months int free to boot http://www.ebay.com/itm/AC-DC-Pro-Pinball-Machine-Free-Shipping-New-/110934987175?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19d43d91a7

Paypal finally does something reasonable..but only in USA so far...people need to pay it off over the 18 months to avoid the 19.99 percent interest rate or add an extra $1438.50 in interest (or $18.44 a week extra in interest on top of the $4795)... Rates in Australia for this type of finance usually have a $200 ish application fee (commission to retailer) and a rate of apx 10 to 12 percent...USA rates are usually about a third of Aussie rates, so that 19.99% isnt cheap at all for the USA....but if ya pay it off, it wont matter i guess...

Good find Extraball.
