Tron LE owners
« on: February 15, 2013, 04:33:19 PM »
Hi to all tron le owners. We have a blue avengers le pinball number 15 that we would love to swap for a tron le any number. Is there anyone that is interested or if you know of someone who would like to do a straight swap with us? We can post pictures if you would like any.

You would have to offer something more of around :

Blue Avengers LE + $4000 = Tron LE .

don't have to be bitey, just seems over the top especially with the re-runs and the all the mods available.

highest ebay was mid last year for $9250

Not being bitey mate . Just stating facts . If you can find a Tron LE owner who is thinking of selling , offer them $9k for it . My guess is that you'll be walking away Tron-less .

Do I think Tron LE is worth $12k - $13k ...... No but that is what they are going for lately . Demand dictates price in this hobby and Tron LE is a classic example of that .

So I know you have a Tron LE that I think you got off luke, so these might be your emotions but I don't agree with the figure in today's prices especially with the recent tron re-run and the additional run coming soon - Maybe if they didn't have the re-runs price could of got to $10-$10.5 for a exceptional HUO machine. Luke had his available for sale about 6-8 months ago and struggled to get his dream figure of about $9.5k.

I do agree they would fetch a little more than a new or used Blue Avengers LE but again to support your view a person will pay what they pay if they really want it.

edit - wording mistake > was "his available for sale 6-8 months"

Our avengers machine has only had about 20 games and it has mirror blades and coin mech as extras. Tron le's came out some time ago now and avengers has only just come out now. So we think that it would be a fair swap as any tron le out there would have clocked up a lot of games by now. We would swap for any number tron le even 499 for example and our is number 15 of 250.

It's only really in the last 6 months that prices of Tron LE's have skyrocketted ( both here and in the US ) . There is big demand out there for Tron LE at the moment . Even Stern realised that and hence the re-runs .

My understanding is that a minty low play example sold in melbourne for 10k less than a few months ago.

This i would have thought was the going rate and 9k for anything less.

Good luck to all the people that have one though.  ^^^  I wanted one badly but sadly i could not afford it (or more i think could not bring myself to part with that much for one).

They most certainly a highly sort after machine and i wish Mona all the best in your search. I also feel that you will need to 'sweeten' the deal im afraid.

I thought you were selling due to your upcoming wedding ? That's what the Ebay listing states  :D

Good luck with it all.
