5 rules in selling pinballs
« on: February 19, 2013, 11:01:51 PM »
Here is a guy that has good reports for outstanding pinballs and appears to stand by product, I wish there were so many more (pinball dealers) around especially on ebay like this

It's in the states, don't know him, just thought it beats all those eBay adds where crappy photos are posted and no info and hopefully some others can take a page out of the book

First tick is that the eBay ads have no spelling or grammatical errors - that's a big plus. Scroll down and you will read the claim that some games are "best in the world". That's a big statement.

big tip then is don't use an ipad as auto correction will change the meaning of your ad where you end up selling your kids instead of a pinball  ^.^

maybe swinks is looking for a space shuttle and came across this guy and thought 'I like his selling technique'. I don't think there is anything sinister behind it  *.*

nothing sinister, I am known for being very detailed in my descriptions when selling something as I want the potential buyer to be well informed.

as for the add I saw it via pinside and the guy had lots of good reviews / comments and liked his approach. Much better than a add like this with poor photos and minimal details.

Just wish people give the information that you would appreciate having - helps sell a machine.

Yes agree guys he does go over the top but better than "works sometimes but the lights turn on" - yeah  $#$

Yes he's abit full on but like you say it's better than the poorly detailed dot point descriptions with no fault disclosures in some other ebay ads. Oh and let's don't forget the detailed photos taken from 10m away with the lights off!
