my LINDSTROM side cutters had the tip chip off, making them useless for circuit board work.so i contacted element14 formally farnell,who i purchased them from about 12 months ago.They are happy to send me a new pair.Great company in my opinion.+10 for customer service.Plus they sold them below RS list price. @@* $#$ ^^^
