http://bgresto.com

The above site has lots oif repo backglasses for sale.
Its been reported that are $200 each. Plus shipping.
The site says replacement / restore service. But may not require you to send old backglass.
I may be interested in one or two. If anyone wants to share freight in riverina area.

Do you know where it lists the backglasses they have for sale, if any?

Scroll down on the front page for a full list - it's also interesting to click on some of the BG links for extra info and pics

It seems that they dont do the mirror/silver parts of the back glass, they are instead done in grey.

Someone one aa, said they bought 4 glasses and did not have to sent any to be restored. Sounds like a copyright issue to sell repo glasses, just a restore/repair service.

My thoughts exactly - if you are "restoring" it (insert large WINK here) then there is no copyright issue - if you are selling a new one, different story - I imagine they want to keep a fairly low profile so as to not attract the interest of the "keep pinball in the 30's" brigade.....

I can see the large section where it says, "Backglasses We’ve Restored and that are Currently Available for Restoration."  Are these the ones that are actually for sale or just examples of restos they have done in the past.  If they are for sale then I might be interested in a few Dan.

I think you need to insert the large WINK when you read "Currently Available for Restoration" and replace those words with "we have the artwork for these and can print one for you as long as you don't dob us in to the copyright police"

I'm interested in two Gottlieb backglasses. Flying Carpet and Jack in the Box. One is a single player, smaller glass and the other is a 4 player, wider backglass.

Interested in the embryon BG. If Daniel goes for any I'd be happy to ship to his place and pick up if he's ok with that.
Still loving my Metallica Premium

I think all this "licencing police" stuff is wearing pretty thin with a lot of people - especially on machines that were obsolete 20 years ago!!!!

Time to let go guys - don't you think the cow has been milked enough already?
