Not a total write off. $1200 would make this a worthwhile project.

$1000 - $1200 would be the value. Needs a new display and cabinet restoration.

This looks like container filler as part of a larger purchase for a few hundred Euros at most.

When HS2's only go for 2-2.5, you have to assess whether it is even worth it as a project at that price.
